We put the health, safety and well-being of our employees, clients, suppliers and visitors first. We have asked all of our employees to work from home, because it is the right thing to do and as advised by Government. Our team is fully engaged with access to all our systems and we are meeting every day to complete current assignments and deliver for our clients.  We are attending client meetings and candidate interviews via video conference and working in a flexible, pragmatic and agile way.
 
We established Lygon at the start of the 2008 financial recession and our resilience through the global financial crisis was the foundation on which our reputation as an entrepreneurial, client-focused consultancy was built.  We have gone on to build long-term partnerships with our clients as a trusted adviser.
