We are strong advocates for diverse board and management teams, and actively promote and encourage gender, ethnic and cultural diversity. We know that diversity has a significant and positive impact on business performance. Since Lygon was founded, in 2008, we have championed the appointment of women on boards. We are one of the original search firms consulted by Lord Davies ahead of his report on gender balance on boards in 2011 and helped to draft the Voluntary Code of Conduct for the executive search industry. We are active supporters of this movement, cooperating with a network of our peers in driving change and improvement and we are accredited by the FTSE Women Leaders Review for promoting diversity in the makeup of boards. We offer an internship through 10,000 Black Interns.
