Christine Bell
Christine is Head of Research, working on executive and non-executive appointments across all functions and industries. She began her search career with Spencer Stuart where she was latterly a Consultant in the financial services sector before working with JCA Group. Prior to joining Lygon, Christine founded her own executive research business and worked on highly confidential global leadership assignments in the private equity, consumer, industrial, financial services and retail sectors.

Connie Clarke
Connie is an Executive Assistant and provides support on the search process for both executive and non-executive appointments. She previously spent six years at boutique search firm Warren Partners, where she was EA to the industrial practice, and prior to this, held various roles within the recruitment industry working at Harvey Nash plc and PSD Group.

Thirza Danielson
Thirza advises on executive and non-executive appointments with a focus on consumer-facing industries and finance leadership roles (CFO and direct reports). Prior to joining Lygon, Thirza was a Director at consumer specialist executive search firm, The MBS Group, advising businesses across different geographies and a range of ownership structures. Earlier in her career, Thirza spent six years at JCA Group and worked in the CFO practice at Russell Reynolds.

Michelle Davies
Michelle is an Executive Assistant and provides support on the search process for both executive and non-executive appointments. She has over 20 years of experience in the executive search sector, most recently with boutique search firm Thomas Cole Kinder, and prior to this held various roles within the real estate industry.

Helen Dingwall
Helen advises on executive and non-executive board level appointments across sectors, as well as a broad range of functional appointments. Helen joined Lygon from Heidrick & Struggles where she was a partner in the CEO and board practice. Previously she was a partner at JCA Group prior to its acquisition by Heidrick & Struggles.

Camilla Edwards
Camilla is a Team Assistant and provides support to the Lygon team. She previously spent two years as an Executive Assistant at an investment portfolio company. Prior to this, Camilla held various EA and project co-ordinator roles across serval industries, including executive search and consultancy.

Rikisha Kennedy
Rikisha provides research support to the Lygon team on both executive and non-executive appointments. Rikisha is currently in her final year at Kings College London, studying for a BSc in Business Management.

Lily Luxmoore-Styles
Lily supports clients across all sectors on executive and non-executive appointments. Lily started her career in search with a global executive search firm. Following this, she joined boutique search firm JCA Group in 2015 (now part of Heidrick & Struggles) where she focused predominantly on FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 CEO, Chair and non-executive appointments.

Kate Rankine
Kate advises on CEO, CFO, non-executive director, and executive committee searches and succession planning. She joined Lygon after four years as a key member of Heidrick & Struggles’ Global CEO & Board, and Global Consumer Practices in New York. Previously she was a Partner at JCA Group for ten years before its sale to Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to executive search, Kate was the Deputy City Editor at the Daily Telegraph.

Charlee Hawkins
Charlee supports clients on executive and non-executive appointments. Prior to joining Lygon, Charlee spent over seven years at Blackwood Group, a private equity-focussed search firm where she specialised in CFO hiring across a range of sectors and geographies.

Luke Heaviside
Luke focuses on senior executive and non-executive appointments in financial services, covering all forms of insurance, banking, and asset and wealth management. He has over a decade of experience in search across a range of ownership structures and international markets. He previously spent six years at MWM, advising on chair, non-executive director, CEO and CFO appointments in the financial sector.

Georgia Hodgson
Georgia supports clients on executive and non-executive appointments. She joined Lygon from Odgers’ technology practice. Prior to this, she spent two and half years in the financial services practice working on executive and non-executive appointments across retail banking, asset management, private equity and investment banking.

Vicky Ratcliffe
Vicky has over 17 years accounting experience and is a qualified accountant with the ACCA. She has supported a portfolio of clients across a range of different industries, working closely with them to fully understand their business, ensure accounting and tax compliance needs are met and produce accurate and high-quality management information. Vicky is using her extensive experience to provide FD support at Lygon.

Isobelle Rush
Isobelle supports Lygon’s clients on both executive and non-executive appointments. Prior to joining Lygon, Isobelle worked as a recruitment consultant at Knightsbridge Recruitment, working with clients across all sectors.

Molly Stephenson
Molly supports clients on executive and non-executive searches across all sectors. Prior to joining Lygon, Molly spent over five years with a global search firm working on appointments for both public and private companies across the technology, retail, and consumer services sectors.

Patricia Tehan
Patricia founded Lygon in 2008, having previously headed the boardroom practice in another boutique. Her early career was as a financial journalist with The Times. She supports clients in non-executive and executive director appointments; helps boards navigate complex succession planning and people change initiatives; and advises on IPO and demerger boards. She is also a Trustee of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and a Visiting Fellow of the University of Oxford.
