Eleanor Aberman
Eleanor supports Lygon’s clients on both executive and non-executive appointments. She joined Lygon from MWM where she worked on board and executive level appointments across a range of sectors. Previously, she worked in real estate private equity with the sovereign wealth fund, GIC in London and Singapore.

Daniyal Ahmad
Dan supports clients across all sectors in both executive and non-executive appointments. Dan was previously at Russell Reynolds, where he worked on board and executive level appointments for clients in the technology sector. Prior to this, he worked at MWM and also at Data Morphosis, a compensation and analytics start-up.

Catherine Bentley
Catherine supports clients across all sectors in both executive and non-executive appointments. She re-joins Lygon following the completion of a Master’s degree in History at the University of Oxford, awarded with distinction. She previously undertook her undergraduate degree at University College London, graduating with first class honours.

Maddie Channell
Maddie supports clients on executive and non-executive appointments across all sectors and geographies. Her experience in search started at a boutique search firm, where she handled senior appointments in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Lygon, she spent two years at Russell Reynolds working on corporate officer positions across multiple sectors with a particular focus on technology leadership.

Connie Clarke
Connie is Executive Assistant and provides support on the search process for both executive and non-executive appointments. She previously spent six years at boutique search firm Warren Partners, where she was EA to the industrial practice, and prior to this, held various roles within the recruitment industry working at Harvey Nash plc and PSD Group.

Maxim Davies
Maxim supports Lygon’s clients on both executive and non-executive appointments. Prior to joining Lygon, Maxim held various positions in retail and hospitality. He graduated with Distinction from his English Literature MA programme at The University of Warwick, having previously completed his BA in the same subject at Queen Mary, University of London.

Georgia Hodgson
Georgia supports clients on executive and non-executive appointments. She joined Lygon from Odgers’ technology practice. Prior to this, she spent two and half years in the financial services practice working on executive and non-executive appointments across retail banking, asset management, private equity and investment banking.

Rebecca Huet
Rebecca is Team Assistant and provides support on the search process for both executive and non-executive appointments. She was previously a search executive at InterExec. Prior to this, she worked as a letting negotiator and held various roles in hospitality.

Fiona Kelly
Fiona is Lygon’s adviser. She qualified as an ACA with BDO Binder Hamlyn and spent nine years working within the auditing profession. Fiona has over 30 years of experience in financial roles within executive search, having held finance director roles with Norman Broadbent, Leonard Hull and Quick Leonard Kieffer.

Sarah Kelly
Sarah is Executive Assistant and Office Manager and provides support on the search process for both executive and non-executive appointments. She was previously Executive Assistant to the CEO of Thames Reach, a London based homelessness charity. Prior to this, she held various EA and marketing roles at Citigate Dewe Rogerson, a financial public relations agency.

Eloise Lawler
Eloise supports Lygon’s clients on both executive and non-executive appointments. She recently graduated from the University of Bristol with a First-Class Honours Degree in Geography. Alongside her education, Eloise worked in a number of positions in the hospitality sector and volunteered for humanitarian charities in her spare time.

Lily Luxmoore-Styles
Lily supports clients across all sectors on executive and non-executive appointments. Lily started her career in search with a global executive search firm. Following this, she joined boutique search firm JCA Group in 2015 (now part of Heidrick & Struggles) where she focused predominantly on FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 CEO, Chair and non-executive appointments.

Helen Dingwall
Helen advises on executive and non-executive board level appointments across sectors, as well as a broad range of functional appointments. Helen joins Lygon from Heidrick & Struggles where she was a partner in the CEO and board practice. Previously she was a partner at JCA Group prior to its acquisition by Heidrick & Struggles.

Portia Dore
Portia is Executive Assistant and provides supports on the search process for both executive and non-executive appointments. She was previously at Russell Reynolds, where she was EA to partners working in the healthcare and social impact sectors.

Harry Hastilow
Harry supports Lygon’s clients on both executive and non-executive appointments. He recently graduated with a First-Class Honours Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.

Callum Orr
Callum is Executive Assistant and provides support on the search process for both executive and non-executive appointments. He previously spent seven years at a healthcare recruitment company where he was the Operations Manager since 2019, and Executive Assistant to the board of directors prior to that.

Vicky Ratcliffe
Vicky has over 17 years accounting experience and is a qualified accountant with the ACCA. She has supported a portfolio of clients across a range of different industries, working closely with them to fully understand their business, ensure accounting and tax compliance needs are met and produce accurate and high-quality management information. Vicky is using her extensive experience to provide FD support at Lygon.

Aiden Ronson
Aiden supports Lygon’s clients on both executive and non-executive appointments. He recently graduated with a degree in Liberal Arts from King’s College London. Alongside his studies, Aiden worked as a Parliamentary Researcher, as well as gaining experience in a global public affairs agency.

Michelle Rossouw
Michelle focuses on executive and non-executive board and executive committee appointments across sectors. She previously worked in the board practices of a London-based boutique and at Korn/Ferry Whitehead Mann. Earlier in her career, Michelle was COO of Alone in London, a not-for-profit organisation and is currently a Trustee of African mental health charity, Amaudo UK. Michelle is a qualified barrister, with a BL from the Inns of Court School of Law.

Patricia Tehan
Patricia founded Lygon in 2008, having previously headed the boardroom practice in another boutique. Her early career was as a financial journalist with The Times. She supports clients in non-executive and executive director appointments; helps boards navigate complex succession planning and people change initiatives; and advises on IPO and demerger boards. She is also a Trustee of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.
