Patricia founded Lygon in 2008, having previously headed the boardroom practice in another boutique. Her early career was as a financial journalist with The Times. She supports clients in non-executive and executive director appointments; helps boards navigate complex succession planning and people change initiatives; and advises on IPO and demerger boards. She is also a Trustee of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.
Michelle focuses on executive and non-executive board and executive committee appointments across sectors. She previously worked in the board practices of a London-based boutique and at Korn/Ferry Whitehead Mann. Earlier in her career, Michelle was COO of Alone in London, a not-for-profit organisation and is currently a Trustee of African mental health charity, Amaudo UK. Michelle is a qualified barrister, with a BL from the Inns of Court School of Law.
Alison specialises in chair, non-executive director, CEO and executive committee searches for industry-leading clients around the world. She joined Lygon from Zygos (now part of Russell Reynolds) where she led board searches for publicly-listed, private equity-backed, and family-owned companies across a range of sectors. She previously spent five years with Russell Reynolds, and, before that, eight years with Spencer Stuart in London and Sydney.
Dan supports clients across all sectors in both executive and non-executive appointments. Dan was previously at Russell Reynolds, where he worked on board and executive level appointments for clients in the technology sector. Prior to this, he worked at MWM and also at Data Morphosis, a compensation and analytics start-up.
Maddie supports clients on executive and non-executive appointments across all sectors and geographies. Her experience in search started at a boutique search firm, where she handled senior appointments in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Lygon, she spent two years at Russell Reynolds working on corporate officer positions across multiple sectors with a particular focus on technology leadership.
Liz brings experience in board-level executive and non-executive search, working for publicly-listed, privately-owned and private equity-backed clients. She previously worked at The Miles Partnership where she specialised in senior finance appointments across all sectors, and at Whitehead Mann where she focused on the consumer, retail and leisure sectors. Liz began her career at PepsiCo.
Anna joined Lygon from MWM and brings extensive experience in board and executive committee level appointments across all sectors within publicly-listed, privately owned, and private equity-backed clients. Previously, she worked as a management consultant with McKinsey, having spent the prior decade at Morgan Stanley in increasing senior positions within Equity Research and Sales & Trading.
Fiona is Lygon’s Finance Director. She qualified as an ACA with BDO Binder Hamlyn and spent nine years working within the auditing profession. Fiona has over 30 years of experience in financial roles within executive search, having held finance director roles with Norman Broadbent, Leonard Hull and Quick Leonard Kieffer.
Sarah is Executive Assistant and Office Manager and provides support on the search process for both executive and non-executive appointments. She was previously Executive Assistant to the CEO of Thames Reach, a London based homelessness charity. Prior to this, she held various EA and marketing roles at Citigate Dewe Rogerson, a financial public relations agency.
Alex supports Lygon’s clients on both executive and non-executive appointments. He joined Lygon from Korn Ferry’s UK board practice where he worked appointments in the UK and internationally for both publicly-listed, private equity-backed and public sector organisations. Alex also spent three months on secondment to the Financial Conduct Authority, supporting internal recruitment processes for the senior leadership team.
Ellie is Team Assistant and provides support on the search process for both executive and non-executive appointments. She was previously a Sales Consultant at Imagine Travel, a London-based boutique tour operator. Prior to this, she worked in various positions in the hospitality industry and as a swimming teacher.
Sadie is Executive Assistant and provides support on the search process for both executive and non-executive appointments. She was previously PA to the Research Director at the London School of Economics, and at Ramboll, an engineering and design consultancy, where she supported the Head of Environmental Transactions, Compliance & Performance.
Maxim supports Lygon’s clients on both executive and non-executive appointments. Prior to joining Lygon, Maxim held various positions in retail and hospitality. He graduated with Distinction from his English Literature MA programme at The University of Warwick, having previously completed his BA in the same subject at Queen Mary, University of London.
Justina supports on chair, non-executive director, CEO and executive committee searches. Justina was previously at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she worked on executive and board level appointments for clients in the industrial sector. Prior to this, she worked at Capita plc and UNESCO, where she advised on a range of large-scale development projects. Justina is an experimental and cognitive psychologist by training.
Georgia supports Lygon’s clients on both executive and non-executive appointments. She joined Lygon from Odgers Berndtson’s Technology Practice where she focused on executive and advisory mandates across the technology sector. Prior to this, she spent two and half years in the Financial Services Practice working on executive and non-executive appointments across retail banking, asset management, private equity, fintech and investment banking.
